Measurements and Testing:
- Precise measurements have been conducted, particularly regarding axes and gearbox backlash. An 8-hour load test has also been performed. (Gearbox backlash: Axis 4 – 0.01 / Axis 5 – 0.01 / Axis 6 – 0.01)

Delivery and Packaging:
- The products are delivered in a special box, with insured shipping.

Central Hand Exchange:
- You have the option to obtain the central hand via exchange. Alternatively, it can also be purchased without exchange upon request.

Warranty:
- Each central hand comes with a 12-month warranty. Optionally, this can be extended to 18 months for an additional charge.

Stock Availability:
- The supplier has more than 100 central hands in stock. Various models are available.

Express Overhaul:
- Fast overhaul service for KUKA central hands is offered, completed within 48–72 hours after delivery.
