Opis

Designed for COEX cast film production with an additional coating unit.

The extrusion section of the plant has 2 extruders; the coating unit has 1 extruder. Processing of thermoplastics in a temperature range of 90-300°C.

Various production combinations are possible:
- Main unit (CoEx) with coating
- Main extruder (CoEx) without coating
- Coating processing via winding unit on an existing base film

For production in the different described combinations, unused machine components can be deactivated.

POSSIBLE LAYER STRUCTURES:
Main extruder:
- Mono film, if required with an oriented film
- 3-layer film (A-B-A), if required with an oriented film

Coating unit:
- Mono film on an existing base film, if required with a second oriented film
