Accessories / Special equipment:

• The machine is a centerless grinding machine specially equipped for plunge grinding cylindrical workpieces, with a manual infeed device for raw parts and a pneumatically controlled lifting device for finished parts. Removal of the workpiece is manual.
• Currently installed is a workpiece support block with rail, corresponding to the workpiece diameter.
• The regulating wheel slide is controlled by a hydraulic infeed device with automatic operation via a cam controller, plus fine adjustment via a stepper motor.
• The grinding slide is stationary and only houses the hydraulic dressing device for the grinding wheel.
• The lower regulating wheel slide can be swiveled up to 3° and carries the workpiece support block, allowing for easy correction of cylindricity errors. The upper regulating wheel support can also be tilted by plus/minus 5°.

• Hydraulic dressing device mounted above the regulating wheel; hydraulic dressing device, tiltable for profiling shoulder profiles, behind the grinding wheel with template and stepper motor infeed for the dressing diamond, also for compensation, and equipped with a high-pressure coolant nozzle for grinding wheel flushing and diamond cooling.
• The regulating wheel drive is infinitely adjustable, dressing speed 315 rpm, speed display included.
• The control panel contains all functions like number of dressing cycles, number of workpieces, adjustable spark-out time, manual/automatic mode, etc.
• Various grinding wheel flanges, lifting gear for wheel change, separate hydraulic unit and control cabinet, etc.
• Currently no coolant unit installed.

Condition: Good – under power and ready for demonstration, robust construction – ideal for grinding cumbersome workpieces.
