Technical specifications:

The machine frame is manufactured from high-strength materials by electric welding and stress-relieved by annealing before machining, to ensure close manufacturing tolerances for the sensitive flanging process.

The upper and lower head holders slide along the main body structure for rigidity and reduced vibrations during flanging.

Both the upper and lower head holders are driven by hydraulic motors for vertical movement and clamp the head using hydraulic cylinders.

The spindle roller is driven by radial piston hydraulic motors for high speed and high torque.

The flanging roller is driven by three cylinders for vertical and horizontal movements and slides between two main body structures.

Both rollers are made from a special alloy for long corrosion resistance.

Centralized lubrication system.

Lower support rollers are actuated by hydraulic cylinders to support the head during the flanging process.

The hydraulic system consists of a radial piston pump, oil tank level indicator, filter with contamination indicator, and globally recognized brands.
