Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fixed series as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, e.g. fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the comprehensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, thus enabling high-quality production of small and medium series.

The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop features a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces and fixtures. The grid of holes allows the use of a wide variety of clamping and fixing elements. For specific applications, the tabletop surface can, as an option and deviating from the standard, also be equipped in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70.

Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. This ensures that the table system remains particularly sustainable and long-lasting.
