The XL CNC Economic, a powerful, fast, and precise new Smart XL model, is designed for small and medium-sized sheet metal processing businesses. The ESA S 640 2D Series CNC controllers, which are standard on these press brakes, allow multi-stage parts to be processed in a single cycle via direct angle programming and the bending step system, with steps automatically managed by the CNC controller.

Programmability of the upper beam stroke, dwell time at the bending point, opening speed of the upper beam after bending, and bending speed allows even complex bends to be performed effortlessly, while also contributing to increased production speeds.

Thanks to the ability to program 2D parts and tools on the computer, jobs for upcoming parts can be created while the machine is operating. The bending steps are automatically selected and transferred to the machine via USB or local network.
