In waterjet cutting, water is compressed to pressures of up to 5500 bar. Depending on the requirement and the workpiece, this is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter between 0.01 and 0.08 mm. As the waterjet technology processes materials without heat input, no deformations occur.

By adding an abrasive, waterjet cutting enables maximum precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible manufacturing allows for both vertical and angled cuts. We are happy to accept your individual CAD data. Waterjet technology offers great advantages for industry, trades, and custom prototype production. It also scores points in terms of environmental impact, as the waterjet process operates dust- and steam-free and is material-efficient.
