Lifting automation system for circulating pallets

The lifting automation system is specifically designed for the transport and stacking of both empty and loaded customer-specific pallets (observe the pick-up requirements for the lifting unit).

Lifting Mechanism
The lifting mechanism is integrated into the two main beams and consists of 4 hydraulic cylinders and eight flyer chains. Synchronous movement of the 4 lifting strands is hydraulically controlled and monitored by sensors.

Chassis Beams
The chassis beams also house the running gears and drive motors. The running gear is guided on the crane runway via horizontal roller guides.

Technical Platform:
The platform houses the central hydraulic unit as well as the main control cabinet of the lifting system.

Traverse:

The traverse is used for pallet handling. It grips, lowers, lifts, and transports pallets. The traverse is equipped with 4 grippers, which are hydraulically operated. The grippers lock automatically.
