Concrete Distributor with Crane Bridge

Intended Use:
The concrete distributor is designed for feeding concrete to formwork pallets. It can process concrete with consistency classes F1 to F5.

Longitudinal Carriage:
The longitudinal carriage is a welded steel structure equipped with 4 running wheels, 2 of which are driven via a gearbox. Power supply is provided via a Vahle conductor rail (Vahle rail not included in the scope of delivery).

Transverse Carriage:
The transverse carriage is also a welded steel construction, fitted with 4 running wheels. The transverse carriage moves along the longitudinal carriage and features a slide guide for lowering the bucket to pick up concrete.

Bucket:
Two slides are bolted to the bucket, each housing hydraulic cylinders for lowering the bucket (1,250 mm) for concrete filling. The bucket is filled via a lateral chute. Two inspection and cleaning hatches are located in the lower section of the bucket.

Spiked Roller:
The spiked roller is driven by a variable hydraulic motor, enabling its use both as a dosing aid and for preventing bridge formation. Speed and rotation are adjustable on the control panel.

Shut-off Slide:
Consists of 12 slides, which can be operated individually or in three groups. Opening/closing is performed by hydraulic cylinders.
150 mm discharge width per slide; total discharge width: 1,800 mm.
The flow rate can be adjusted by an additional cylinder (adjustment range from 35 mm to 110 mm) to regulate the discharge opening.

Controls for concrete distributor and bridge:
The operator moves alongside the concrete distributor.
