The robust, welded steel frame construction provides exceptionally smooth machine operation. Both machine stands feature offsets that enable processing of longer workpieces. The three-roller belt guidance offers the operator the largest possible open work area, allowing comfortable handling especially with hand sanding blocks. Belt drive is provided by a three-phase motor and balanced drive roller. Each belt is individually adjustable via separate pneumatic tensioners, allowing optimal belt tensioning force per belt. The dust extraction system is dimensioned to effectively capture sanding dust and direct it to the extraction nozzle when attached to a suitable extraction unit. The sanding unit is mounted on play-free roller guides, ensuring low-fatigue operation. The machine table height is easily and quickly adjustable via the electric motor-driven table lift. The table lift guide components are maintenance-free. For loading, the table can be extended so that workpieces do not need to be inserted under the sanding belt. Main control elements are ergonomically positioned in the center of the machine for ease of operation.

The standard configuration is supplied with two initial sanding belts (W x L) 150 x 9000 mm and a contact roller approx. 50° Shore hardness for 150 mm belt width.

Additional accessories:
3-axis table with integrated handling device for rotating and swiveling workpieces.

The handling device is mounted at the table center beneath the insert frame. To use the handling device, the insert frame is removed from the machine table. The handling device features four vacuum suction pads for holding workpieces and includes: the mounting with rotary axis (with brake disc mounted on the rear). At the front of the rotary axis is the swiveling unit, lockable at 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, and 90°. An additional detent disc on the swivel head enables fine adjustment of the workpiece to the sanding belt. Rotation and swivel axes are pneumatically released via foot switch, with manual rotation of the axis. Maximum workpiece weight when used as a flat table with the insert frame = 80 daN; with handling device on the clamping plate = 25 daN or 120 Nm in relation to the rotary axis center.
