The fully hydraulic high-speed production band saw is equipped with a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials, all without changing the saw blade, thanks to a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. The machine features a pre-tensioned saw frame guide, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple swivel bearing, separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lifting movement and accelerated return stroke, and is standard-fitted with a stepless mitre setting device. The saw frame can be lifted in rapid traverse mode.

A pivoting vice ensures optimum utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guidance with ground and hardened guide rails transfers the cutting forces to the saw frame. Automatic end stop. Push-button control for ON/OFF functions and rapid traverse of the saw frame.
