Remarks / General Information:

The machines are in good condition. The machines are disassembled and stored at our warehouse. The total system volume encompasses several trucks (approx. 70 tons per machine). The machines were used for the production of connecting rods for passenger car diesel engines.

Chain broaching machines are designed for use in mass production. The continuous (non-reversing) operating process of chain broaching is engineered for maximum productivity in external broaching operations. The chain broaching process is the only broaching process without any reversal stroke of tools or workpieces.

In chain broaching, the workpiece is continuously passed along the tool, thereby performing the feed movement. This unique broaching method is applied only in very high-volume serial production.
