The washing process is fully automated, with easy operation ensured by a clear control panel and indicator lights showing all stages of operation. The washing liquid temperature is maintained between 35 and 80°C and is controlled via a thermostat. Thanks to specially designed housing profiles (mechanical labyrinth seals), the PC 60/130 T does not require perishable rubber seals. Gas springs with dampers ensure easy lid opening, while a ball valve simplifies draining of the washing fluid. The Kärcher parts washer operates in a closed-loop system (using an electric pump) with a water-based cleaning solution, not solvents, so operators are not exposed to toxic gas emissions.
