Fully automatic steel cutting machine for processing reinforcement steel, suitable for single or double cuts depending on requirements.
Optimized cutting with scrap length management.
The system comprises an automatic loading magazine with 12 slots, a steel saw, and a belt conveyor for the discharge of cut steel profiles.
Scrap lengths are sorted by length and transported to a scrap length bin, discharge area, or waste bin.
Processing of the steel profiles occurs in continuous operation; the steel bar is precisely positioned by a transport clamp with linear motor and rotary encoder.
The saw cuts from above, with a micro-dosing cooling and lubrication system ensuring optimal cooling of the saw blade.
The profile clamping is pneumatic, independent of the profile cross-section.
A free-standing system with PC control, or in combination with a cutting machine, plastic machining center (BAZ), or profile machining center (SBZ).
When combined, the cycle is synchronized with the cutting machine, BAZ, or SBZ.
Profile lists for loading into the magazine are displayed to the operator on a TFT monitor.
The finished, processed steel profiles are removed from the belt conveyor, acknowledged, and sorted into wagons, or manually inserted into PVC profiles at the steel insertion station.
