Description: As new (2023) / 1992 – Entire machine stripped down to the base frame and rebuilt. The forklift was completely dismantled down to the main frame and sanded. Base frame and mast were primed and newly painted. New battery (year 2023) with Aquamatik and charger with the latest charging technology. Mast fully disassembled, all rollers and bearings replaced. Lift chains, fork adjuster chain, and steering chain replaced. All hydraulic hoses on the entire machine and mast replaced, including fitting and size reference list. All hydraulic cylinders newly resealed. 2 drive bandages in front replaced. 4 trailing bandages replaced. Control unit and electronics overhauled. New driver's seat, indicators, ignition lock, operating hour meter, and direction switch. 2x drive motors, 2x pump motors, and 1x steering pump motor fully overhauled. Brakes completely new, wheel drives overhauled. 3-sided cab and roof fitted with plexiglass. Full service performed, all oils and filters replaced. Safety and fork inspection completed. Drive: 2x5kW, Working hydraulics: 2x8kW, Steering hydraulics: 1x1.5kW.
