The JWEI CB03II series plotters offer great versatility thanks to a large working area. The modular head and multi-zone vacuum system enable easy and quick adaptation of the machine to various materials. High cutting precision is achieved by using a rack and pinion drive in conjunction with an integrated control system. A conveyor belt is supplied as standard, allowing the processing of both roll and sheet materials. Positioning is performed via a camera, and knife length measurement is automated.

Additional equipment (rotary knife and spindle – worth approx. €10,000) is included in the price.

Tool set:

• Oscillating knife – for cutting various types of corrugated cardboard, paper, foam, and certain fabrics.
• Drag knife (kiss-cut) – for cutting different types of film and vinyl.
• Rotary knife – for cutting fabrics, banners, fiberglass, and carbon fiber.
• Tangential knife – for cutting soft materials such as carton board, plastics, PVC foam, gaskets, and leather.
• Spindle – for processing dense materials such as Dibond, acrylic, MDF, and epoxy laminates.
• Creasing wheel – for creating creasing lines in cardboard and plastics.
