General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
- Full payment (100%) is required in advance, prior to the start of dismantling, without deductions and upon receipt of the invoice.
- The equipment remains our property until payment is received in full.

- The buyer (KT) reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in writing at any time until full payment has been made, without providing reasons.
- The sale is ex works; the buyer is responsible for organising and covering the costs of dismantling, loading, and transportation of the equipment.
- The buyer is responsible for proper dismantling and re-commissioning of the equipment.
- The buyer guarantees that only qualified companies will be contracted for dismantling.
- Dates for dismantling must be coordinated with KT and scheduled according to the plant's opening hours.
- Dismantling must include complete removal up to the supply lines.
- Site health and safety regulations must be observed.
- The equipment is sold as inspected and in the condition seen, without any warranty or guarantee for material or visual defects.
