This system is designed for efficient fabric spreading and preparation in the cutting room. It enables controlled handling of heavy fabric rolls, precise layer formation, and a smooth material flow prior to cutting. The unit was operated as an independent production line together with a Bergman cross-cut saw (unit 114 A). This combination allows for efficient pre-cutting of fabric rolls to the desired length before spreading, thereby optimizing workflow and reducing manual labor. The system was used in professional garment manufacturing and was fully operational until the plant closure. Key Technical Data • Total length: 14.65 meters (modular construction, adaptable) • Table width: 1.80 meters (suitable for wide fabrics) • Technology: Air-floatation table for low-friction material transport • Drive: Motorized side drives for tension control during spreading System Components • Finn-Convey motorized side drives • Industrial air-floatation table with perforated surface • Integrated blower system (centrifugal fans under the tables) • Electric control cabinet for system operation • Fabric roll holders and support fixtures • Integrated end cutting unit with rotary knife Technical Details of the Cutting Unit Todpfx Asy Au Hqsnpjd • Speed-controlled AC motor (Taili Motor Co., Ltd., approx. 90–200 W) • Gearbox assembly (e.g., 5GN series) for high torque • Rotary knife with integrated sharpening device • Height-adjustable guide rails to accommodate different material thicknesses • Designed for multi-layer cutting Additional Drive Components • Auxiliary motor (e.g., 40 W class, speed controlled) for fine movements • Gear-based power transmission for stable continuous operation • External capacitor for single-phase operation (typical for auxiliary drives) System Architecture • Modular table design for flexible production layout adaptation • Air-assisted material movement to reduce friction • Tension-free fabric feed by appropriate roll systems • Mechanical or encoder-based length measurement, depending on configuration • Compatible with upstream cutting systems and manual processes Production Benefits • High efficiency due to long spreading lengths and reduced material waste • Ergonomic operation – heavy fabric layers can be moved easily • Precise layer alignment through controlled drive units • Integrated cutting function improves workflow • Suitable for denim, upholstery, and technical textiles Condition Used industrial condition Taken directly from ongoing production Typical signs of use present Inspection possible prior to dismantling Sold as seen (‘as-is, where-is’), without warranty Location Valga, Estonia Dismantling and Transport To be organized by the buyer
