Often, extraction systems installed on machines for coolant recovery are insufficiently effective or simply not installed. Machine retooling, frequent opening of enclosures, or the absence of covers on machining heads can cause oil mist to escape beyond the machine area, posing a risk for workers exposed to harmful mists and fumes.
Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves air quality at workstations and should be considered an ideal filtration and ventilation complement for workshops where complete oil mist separation via coolant recovery units is impossible or very difficult to achieve.

The innovative PLC-based control system compares data and detects if the threshold values in the workplace are exceeded, senses heating directly at the hall ceiling, and fully automatically regulates both temperature and air quality.
