Often, extraction systems installed on machines (to recover coolant) are insufficiently effective or simply not present at all. Machine retooling, frequent opening of machine enclosures, or lack of covers at machining heads leads to oil mist escaping beyond machine areas, entering workspaces where personnel may inhale harmful mists and vapors.

Installing a filtration tower significantly improves air quality in workplaces and should be considered an ideal ventilation supplement for halls where a full separation of oil mist via coolant recovery devices is impossible or very difficult to achieve.

Automatic monitoring of room air and temperature. An innovative PLC control system compares data and automatically detects any exceedance of workplace threshold levels, ceiling heat buildup, and fully regulates air temperature and quality.
