For years, glass washing machines have proven their effectiveness in restaurants, beer cellars, and at the world’s largest public festivals for cleaning glasses and mugs. Glass washing systems are primarily used in the food service industry to streamline bar operations and achieve significant improvements in hygiene. To date, they have been tested and successfully deployed under the most demanding conditions.

Glasses or mugs are placed upside down—either directly on the conveyor belt or in baskets—and washed in a continuous process at an adjustable washing temperature with suitable detergents. To prevent soiling of the wash liquor tank, the dripping liquid in the loading area is immediately drained off. Inside the wash tunnel, glasses are rinsed with detergent and clean water and can be removed hygienically clean at the discharge point.
