With our TEBARON, we offer a compact air filtration unit tailored to meet the diverse demands of modern machining processes and the resulting emission profiles. The TEBARON is designed as a compact air filtration solution for the separation of emulsion mist in small to medium-sized machine workspaces. Our primary development focus was on achieving compact dimensions combined with maximum energy efficiency, cost-effective operation due to low follow-up costs, and maximum sustainability.
To fulfil these objectives, the TEBARON series is equipped with high-efficiency, adjustable EC fans. The standard integrated pre-filter package consists of three fully washable stages, providing high effectiveness against liquids and medium-to-large particles to protect the main filter and maximise its service life. The main filter can be customised to the specific application. As standard, we use an H13 HEPA filter, providing a separation efficiency of 99.95% for particles as small as 0.3 μm.
