With our TEBARON, we offer a compact air filtration unit that meets today's diverse machining solutions and their resulting contaminant profiles.
The TEBARON is specifically designed as a compact air filter device for small to medium machine workspaces for the extraction of emulsion mist. Our main development goals focused on compact design with maximum energy efficiency, cost-effective operation through low follow-up costs, and highest sustainability.
To achieve these aims, we use highly efficient, variable EC fans in the TEBARON series. The standard integrated pre-filter package is three-part and completely washable, providing high efficiency against liquids and larger to medium particles to protect the main filter and maximise its service life. The main filter can be individually configured to suit the specific application. As standard, we use an H13 HEPA filter, delivering up to 99.95% separation efficiency for particles of 0.3 μ.
