Intended Use
The curing oven is a conveyor system for continuous operation with a feed rate of max. 5 m/min. There is an open area at both infeed and outfeed for loading and unloading components. The enclosed heating section, located between, is equipped with 6 IR modules (height adjustable). The component temperature is max. 100°C and serves for heating solvent-free adhesive within a film composite. The return section of the belt, the backs of the IR modules, and the area above the heating modules are water-cooled. Components are vacuum-held on the conveyor belt. The control cabinet is located separately from the machine outside the cleanroom.

The system is operated in a cleanroom in accordance with EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded and unloaded by the operator. The system is exclusively designed for the heating of film composites.
