Conveyor Operation:
Continuous operation, adjustable up to max. 5 m/min, precise straight-running control on guide rollers with light barrier safety at infeed and outfeed. Loading and unloading are carried out manually.

Intended Use
The curing oven is a conveyor system for continuous in-line operation with a feed speed of up to 5 m/min. There are open areas at the infeed and outfeed ends for manual loading and unloading of parts. Between these is the enclosed heating section with 6 IR modules (height-adjustable). Maximum component temperature is 100°C, used for heating solvent-free adhesive between composite films. The belt return, rear sides of the IR modules, and the area above the heating modules are water-cooled. Components are held to the conveyor via vacuum. The control cabinet is located outside the cleanroom, separate from the machine.

The system operates in a cleanroom according to EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded/unloaded by the operator. The system is exclusively for heating a film composite.

History
This oven was intended for use in a cleanroom environment and saw little use, only for a test series. It was used for curing solvent-free adhesives between film laminates.
