Description:

Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Removes oil and grease contamination in the shortest possible time.

Universally applicable for the fully automatic cleaning of medium and large parts, such as engines, gearboxes, agitators, etc., but also for small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, or ball bearings.

Function:
Simple operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process.

The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (cleaning solution). The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed.

After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the machine is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. In the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis.

During the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, the cleaning items are intensely sprayed from all sides with the hot cleaning solution.

After the cleaning process is finished, the machine switches off automatically.
