Opis
Specific cooling capacity 20550/42°C Qa
Coolant R134a/1430 Refrigerant
Pressure 20 bar
Total power requirement 14.5 kW
Machine weight approx. 186 kg
Space requirement approx. 0.5 x 0.5 x 2.1 m
The models of the HYFRA Gamma series are designed as immersion coolers for the cooling of water, oil, and emulsion. The plug-and-play immersion coolers are ready to install and can be used with just 0.5 m² of floor space, making them ideal for integration into various machine layouts.
Cooling capacities of up to 28 kW are possible thanks to the compact design with only 0.5 m² footprint. This provides significant flexibility advantages when planning production floor layouts and leads to increased productivity, as more production machines can fit into the available space. In the compact models of our immersion coolers, the condenser is installed horizontally. This construction method significantly reduces heat dissipation. Internal components remain unaffected by waste heat.
A robust agitator ensures a consistent medium temperature in the lubricant tank for all immersion cooler models in this series. For regular maintenance, the HYFRA Gamma series can be easily lifted out of the tank using fixed crane lugs.
Immersion coolers: High-performance cooling directly at the application
How does an immersion cooler work?
Nodpfx Aasul Ekpj Ijdd
With immersion coolers, the evaporator of the cooler is placed directly into the cooling medium. The liquid is held in a tank and is continuously and vigorously circulated for efficient cooling, with powerful agitators supporting this process.
For which applications are immersion coolers suitable?
Immersion coolers are often used for temperature control of cooling lubricants in filtration and mechanical engineering to ensure the performance of the connected equipment. They are also used in metalworking, indirectly cooling tools and workpieces. Typical applications include milling and grinding with CNC machines or conventional machine tools.
Immersion coolers with advanced controls and comprehensive features
Depending on the cooling capacity, HYFRA Gamma model immersion coolers are equipped with either FreeSmart or FreeAdvanced control systems. The combination of the FreeAdvanced control system and a touch panel provides structured overviews and easy reading of relevant values. Both freely programmable controllers come with multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs. The FreeAdvanced control system also features a full-text display and supports Modbus TCP.
