Driven by 2 electric motors of 160 kW each (2 x 218 HP).
Rotors can operate asynchronously to promote breakage.
Shredding unit with 2 rotors, each measuring 660 mm in diameter and 2260 mm in length, equipped with oversized steel shafts and high-capacity replaceable shredding tools mounted in both directions (bolt-mounted).
The tools, made especially from manganese steel with high abrasion resistance, are arranged to ensure aggressive operation and maximum throughput; each rotor can be fitted with 16 or 32 tools.
The lateral cutting combs are manufactured from special steel with high abrasion resistance.
Deflector seal system at the shaft passages through the crusher body. Grinding comb beneath the rotors for refining the shredded products.

Automatic reverse direction function is activated once the pressure threshold is reached or when the selected program requires it.
Rotor speed adjustable from 20 to 40 rpm.
Shredding can be performed in both directions, including during reverse cycles.
The discharge conveyor belt has a width of 1,400 mm and a discharge height of approximately 3,200 mm.
