This CNC-controlled sheet metal processing center is equipped with two 26 kW drilling units. Two tool changers, each with 24 tool stations for ISO 40 tool holders, are available for automatic tool changing. The system is suitable for sheet sizes as follows: sheet width minimum 200 mm, maximum 3,100 mm; sheet length minimum 2,500 mm and maximum 14,000 mm. For plasma cutting, a powerful and modern Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma source is provided. Additionally, the system is equipped with an oxy-fuel cutting unit for processing thick material gauges. The drilling unit, featuring high torque and spindle speeds up to 6,000 rpm, is designed for use with carbide tools such as solid carbide drills, Nenok Multiplex indexable insert tools, and also for applications with HSS coolant channel drills for drilling diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm.
