Scope of supply: Pulvis grinding system including gas distributor, dosing screw, butterfly valve, Pulvis PV 800 mill with TTD 315 classifier head, mill with 37 kW motor and classifier with 45 kW motor, air filter, butterfly valve, blower, and control cabinet.

Technical details: System without explosion protection (NPSR), no ATEX classification, not suitable for use with inert gas. Constructed in mild steel, with wear protection (ceramic) in the mill.

This system is in very good condition with low operating hours. It includes a TTD classifier, which offers superior performance compared to our traditional ATP air classifier, enabling higher fineness or reduced wear or energy consumption, depending on the application and production parameters.
