Self-contained laboratory-scale grinding and classification plant. This compact, ready-to-use (plug and play) system is perfect for research and development (R&D) as well as small-scale production. The equipment operates in batches of a few kilograms.
This multiprocess system can be equipped with different modules (one at a time) either for milling or classification of different products, making it possible to obtain both coarse and ultrafine products, offering a wide variety of final results.
Switching from one module to another is quick and easy, allowing different tasks to be performed in a short time.

ALPINE AFG 100 Multiprocess System
The basis of this concept is the use of a basic module that integrates all the additional components of a grinding or classification plant (frame, dosing system, separation filter, control system, etc.). In just a few simple steps, the appropriate modules can be integrated to implement various micronization and classification processes in this machine:
