Compactor Head
Two H-frames made of cast stainless steel, connected by spacer bolts. Two swing arms, which can be folded out laterally, allow for quick and easy roller changes. The swing arms are secured with two tie rods, which also absorb the compaction forces of the rollers. A chamber insert guides the product flow and two core elements seal the rollers.

Pre-compaction Unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a support column and can be lifted off and swung to the side. The feed hopper (with two braking strips) includes a cylindrical/conical pre-compaction screw. A limit switch ensures that when the pre-compaction unit is lifted off, both the compaction rollers and the screw are automatically switched off.
