Condition & Fault Description
The machine was running smoothly until recently, but now shows various axis configuration and CC/PLC errors on startup:
Heidenhain TNC 620 errors include:
- “Timeout during command processing of the CC”
- “The PLC program was stopped”
- “HSCI initialization failed”
- “HSCI Ethernet connection interrupted”
- “X/Y/Z/S axis configuration error”
The Command/Control unit (CC) has already been replaced, but the error persists.

Therefore, the machine is offered as defective / for repair or for use as a parts donor.
