Functionality of the control system:

The linear scale continuously relays the position of the ram and the ejector to the control unit. The travel distance, the upper limit position and the switching point—where the press should change from rapid traverse to working speed—as well as the end position to be reached can be easily and quickly input via the monitor control panel.

The working speed can be set in 1 mm/sec increments from 2 to 15 mm and in 10 mm increments from 15 to 150 mm.

Additionally, the machine features pressure monitoring, which can either automatically return the ram upwards upon reaching the desired pressure, or hold the pressure constant (within a 5% tolerance) for a defined period, and then open.

The control system monitors the secured zones, the entire hydraulics, the pumps, and the temperature.

It also synchronizes the main cylinders and compensates in case of unilateral overload.

The control unit is housed in an attached control cabinet.

The press is operated via an adjustable two-hand control unit, reducing unnecessary steps for the operator.

Included in the offer are detailed 3D drawings, which must be reviewed and approved by the customer.
The columns and cylinders are made from tool steel, induction-hardened and chrome-plated on the outside.
The ram guides are manufactured using bronze slide bushings.

Scope of supply includes:
