Drill Bit Grinding Machine 0313 – Effortless Drill Bit Sharpening

Achieve perfect results in just a few simple steps – in record time and without any specialist training! Incredibly easy to use!

Sharpening a drill bit only takes three steps:
1. Clamp the bit into the holder
2. Grind the bit
3. Point the bit tip

All done in under one minute!

Before clamping the drill bit, set the bit diameter using the adjustment knob on the grinding machine. Use the appropriate collet to position and securely clamp the bit to its stop in the left-hand holder of the machine.

Sharpening the cutting edges and point-forming is straightforward. Switch the machine on, insert the bit and holder into the right-hand socket, and make a gentle rotational movement from stop to stop – the first edge is finished. Then rotate the holder 180° and sharpen the second edge.

Point-forming is performed in the upper socket in the same manner. That’s it. Simply switch off the machine and unclamp the bit.

A brilliant design combines an eccentric mechanism with a special grinding wheel so precisely that concerns about edge shape or clearance angle are eliminated. Another advantage: both cutting edges are ground with exactly the same settings, ensuring perfect cutting symmetry. Additionally, before grinding, the point angle can be freely set between 90° and 140°.

21 high-precision collets for diameters from 3 to 13 mm in 0.5 mm increments ensure perfectly concentric clamping.

The grinding wheel life exceeds 5,000 sharpening operations. In addition to the standard CBN grinding wheel for HSS tools, we also offer a diamond grinding wheel for carbide drills. Wheel changes are completed in seconds with a few simple steps, while two safety switches prevent unintended machine startup when open.

The compact design and practical carrying handle make the drill bit grinding machine ideal for mobile use. All system tools, such as collets, holders, or Allen keys, are stored directly on the machine, so you always have what you need on hand.
