A single-deck vibrating screen machine for on-site processing of a wide range of materials. The screening plant is mounted on a car trailer chassis, allowing it to be towed by any 4x4 vehicle or Jeep with a towing capacity of up to 3,500 kg. This makes transportation to the construction site very straightforward. Setup is exceptionally fast—each of the four support legs are deployed at the corners and the conveyors unfolded. Once the screen box and conveyors are operational, the machine is ready for material.

Ideally, it is loaded using a compact excavator, skid steer loader, or a small telehandler with an appropriately sized bucket. The screen mesh size can be easily changed, enabling production of the desired product for the customer.
