Decoiler construction and function
The decoiler consists of a robust construction made of electro-welded and machined components. The mandrel can uncoil both to the left and right. The expansion is hydraulically controlled via the control panel. The decoiler is equipped with a three-phase motor, allowing the mandrel to be wound and unwound in setup mode. In automatic mode, decoiling can take place either via the preset pressure or through continuous loop control.

Control description
The decoiler is powered by a frequency-controlled three-phase motor. The loop control between the decoiler and subsequent machine is contactless, performed by an ultrasonic sensor. The analog control ensures smooth, continuous operation of the decoiler. All system functions can be operated both in setup and automatic modes.
