- Composite floor (honeycomb core plastic floor): Composite is built up in multiple layers, similar to a lasagna, from various fibres. The result is a sustainable, extremely stable, and lightweight panel. The core consists of a honeycomb structure, faced on both sides with a protective outer layer. The complete structure is fused to create a highly stable unit. The panel manufacturer is from the anti-ballistics industry, hence the outer shell is similar to that of a bulletproof vest.

At HAPERT trailers, all innovations are thoroughly tested, including the new composite floor. It has been rigorously tested under normal operating conditions for impact and tensile strength, shear force, abrasion, and resistance to weather.
