- Composite floor (honeycomb core plastic floor): Composite is built up in layers, much like a lasagna, using various fiber layers. These materials create a sustainable, extremely strong and lightweight panel. The core of the composite floor consists of a honeycomb structure with a face sheet on each side. Everything is fused together to create a stable unit. The composite panel manufacturer is from the anti-ballistics sector, which is why the face sheet is constructed similar to a bullet-proof vest.

All innovations at HAPERT trailers are extensively tested. Of course, this applies to the new composite floor as well. We have thoroughly tested it under regular use conditions for impact and tensile strength, shear force, abrasion, and resistance to weather conditions.
