Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. Used in combination with processing machines, inspection or finishing fixtures (deburring, marking, testing) can be adjusted to the height of the machine’s clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated on site using pallet trucks. These mobile systems have proven ideal, with various clamping and securing options, for the maintenance of injection molding and die-casting tools. Tools can be safely maintained immediately after removal from the machine and then transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively if wear occurs later on.
