Guidetti SINCRO 315 EKO

The compact SINCRO 315 Eko granulator is designed for recycling rigid and flexible cables.
By shredding and subsequent dry separation, we can effectively separate copper and aluminum from insulation (plastic, rubber, or paper).
The machine can be fed manually or automatically by adding a conveyor belt, depending on the user's requirements.
The SINCRO 315 EKO cable shredder is fully soundproofed and consists of the following components:
Granulator with three rotary and two fixed adjustable blades, and a screen perfectly matched to the granulator.
Control panel with clearly arranged control buttons.
Adjustable, easily accessible vibrating dry separator.
Two air circuits, completely independent of each other, reduce maintenance requirements and improve the sorting process.

Performance:
up to 130 kg of input material per hour (varies depending on material processed),
depends on the type of input material and screen size,
combination with a PMG pre-shredder improves performance, reduces component wear, since ferrous parts are separated by a magnet installed on the belt, and reduces the number of required operators.

Processes uncut cables:
Flexible copper cables up to: Ø22–25 mm
Rigid copper cables up to: Ø20–22 mm
Aluminum cables up to: Ø20–25 mm
