Function principle:
The material is fed onto the acceleration conveyor as dry and thin as possible, preferably as a monolayer, evenly distributed across the entire width. The sorting roller equipped with spikes picks the mixed paper from the chute; during this process, cardboard is impaled and retained by the spikes. Materials (paper) with low rigidity (newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.) are not held by the spikes and, after the chute, fall into a paper bunker or onto a discharge conveyor. The impaled cardboards are dislodged from the sorting roller by the knock-off shaft and then drop onto the cardboard discharge conveyor or into a separate bunker.

Throughput capacity:
Depending on pre-sorting, material characteristics, and machine settings, each line can process between 10 and 12 tons per hour.

Two lines are available for sale. Depending on customer requirements, either one unit or both units can be sold together. The sales price always applies per unit.

Remarks:
The systems are expected to be dismantled by the end of October and will then be ready for loading. Complete documentation (operating instructions, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic wiring diagrams) is available. Inspection is possible by appointment. We do not assume liability for technical data or possible errors.
