Core Technology (both series)

Machine Bed: Cast iron, ribbed, naturally aged; hand-scraped flat/V-guides with anti-friction lining. Ball screws X/Z, AC servos, linear scales.
Grinding Head: Left/right or fixed angle; turret with up to 4 spindles; automatic dynamic wheel balancing from Ø 250 mm.
Tailstock: Hydraulic opening, adjustable force, taper error correction. W-axis optional.
Internal Grinding (optional): Belt- or HF-spindles, direct drive, water cooling.
Control: PLC (NC) or CNC, graphical interface, data output for process analysis.

Dressing: CNC/manual; single point, multi-point, diamond rolls/wheels; Y-axis for roll profiling.
