2-axis WP CNC-T cleaning machine is an excellent example of equipment that combines a machine built with the latest components, high efficiency, and optimal price. This machine operates using linear motor technology (magnetic cushion), which enables long-term and reliable operation. The set of tools with which the machine is equipped allows for cleaning of the most commonly used PVC profiles available on the market. The machine’s base is a strong, stable frame made of structural steel. The control panel is equipped with a PC-class computer.

Standard equipment:

Working arm:
The working arm is driven by a linear motor (no couplings, gearboxes, racks, or lead screws). The linear motor moves at a fixed distance from the magnetic rail – no friction!
Linear motors (for the X and Y axes) are numerically controlled.

Air cushion:
The working arm, which weighs several dozen kilograms, is supported by a pneumatic actuator during movement along the Y axis – it constantly supplies a preset pressure, balancing the weight of the arm. This solution enables short working cycles without exposing machine components to rapid wear and tear.

Control panel:
Separate control panel with a PC-class computer.
The operator menu is described via function keys – easy to use in production environments.
Profile contour corrections can be made easily from the control panel (takes about 1-2 minutes for the operator).
