Our service includes the overhaul of assemblies such as workpiece headstocks, grinding spindles, and tailstocks of the brands Karstens and Bahmüller. We also provide repair services for the friction wheel drives of Karstens workpiece headstocks.

Cylindrical grinding machines are too large and heavy to be transported easily. However, their individual assemblies can typically be dismantled and shipped by freight forwarding.

At our facility, these assemblies can be dismantled, cleaned, measured, and parts replaced as needed. Alternatively, they can be upgraded and modernized with new technology. Once the work is complete, the assemblies are shipped back to you, allowing your cylindrical grinding machine to resume operation after reassembly.
