Basket loading and unloading is performed by the operator using a supply trolley positioned in front of the system (detachable/movable).

Control system: Siemens S7-1200 with KTP700 touch panel

Including the following equipment:
+ Manual intervention – additional manual cleaning by means of high pressure (up to 60 bar, infinitely variable; incl. foot switch / compressed air blow-off gun / LED lighting in the chamber)
+ Automatic water refill in both tanks
+ Automatic chemical dosing 1–10% (Dosatron)
+ Special spray system (can be optionally activated) for small components (= E-spray system)
+ Steam extraction with condensate return
+ Weekly timer for electric heating
+ Provision for retrofitting an oil separator
+ Media filtration via bag filter (manufacturer: Eaton, Topline) in both circuits (washing and rinsing)
+ Exterior cladding with stainless steel sheet
+ Complete system fully insulated
+ Tanks separated into two modules; fully insulated (different temperatures possible)
+ Vacuum suction gun for manual suction of parts with recessed geometries
+ Removable filter baskets in the return line
+ Stainless steel circulation pumps with mechanical seal and soft starter

The system is on display at the Glogar Technology Center and is used exclusively for washing trials.
