CNC Axis Precision
1) Machine Ram (Y1, Y2) – Synchronization Accuracy:
The ram movement axes control the bending depth and angle. The system consists of the controller, two glass linear scales (Y1, Y2) mounted on the work table, electro-hydraulic proportional valves, and an amplifier. A closed-loop circuit detects and controls the relative position of ram and table as well as the speed and position of the ram. This ensures synchronous ram operation and highly accurate maintenance of depth and angle.
Positioning accuracy: ±0.02 mm
Repeatability: ±0.02 mm

2) Machine Backgauge (X-Axis):
The forward/backward movement of the X-axis controls the measurement of the sheet blank. The backgauge beam is driven by a servo motor and moves the traverse via ball screw and linear guide. The operation is stable and precise.
Positioning accuracy: ±0.10 mm
Repeatability: ±0.03 mm

3) Mechanical Crowning System (V-Axis):
The mechanical crowning plate is motor-driven, so that the crowning points are formed in an arc shape. These points perfectly compensate for the elastic deformation of the work table and ram in order to ensure angle consistency and straightness of the workpiece. Position sensors and CNC control ensure precise regulation.
