CVI II Controller
From simple start-up operations to complex sequencing applications—with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles—for optimal speed, accuracy, and operator comfort with every fastening.

The controller features various interfaces including an Ethernet port, RS232 port, 7 logic inputs, and 8 logic outputs (24 Volt).

The CVI II controller can operate either a hand-held electric tool from the ER series or a stationary screw spindle from the EM series.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with a torque transducer-controlled angle screwdriver such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which has a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" output drive.

Storage Capacity
Depending on the number of cycles and operating mode (asynchronous or synchronous), each station can store between 2,500 and 8,500 tightening results.
