Gemma Group Bolero 5

5-axis CNC machining center for processing aluminum, steel, light metals, and PVC. The Bolero 5 features a robust machine bed.
The machining spindle is an electric spindle rated at 17 kW (S6) with an HKS 63F taper.
The maximum spindle speed is 24,000 rpm, controlled by a frequency inverter. The Bolero 5 is equipped with an automatic tool changer featuring a 12-position magazine. The working area includes 8 motorized clamps with automatic positioning, controlled by the CNC. X-axis travel distance is 7,000 mm (optionally extendable up to a total of 9,400 mm). Pendulum machining is also available as an option. Operation is controlled via a Windows PC with a 17” color display.

The machine is supplied as standard with safety and protective devices in accordance with EC directives.
