Machine Features

Knitting Machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, enabling simultaneous production of a total of 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If a yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the corresponding needle head stops automatically.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 needle heads with 4 needles each – for fine knitted cords approx. 3 mm in diameter, 2 needle heads with 6 needles each – for cords with a diameter of 5–6 mm
- Needle head variants with 3 to 18 needles can be re-ordered and exchanged at the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Cross-winding for even yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at the end of the cord.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for the needle heads and the take-off unit.
- Each needle head can be switched on and off individually.
- Adjustable speed

Scope of Delivery & Additional Equipment:
- 2 knitting machines with a total of 6 needle heads
- Yarn winding machine
- 2 yarn stands for over 24 yarn cones
- Operating manual included.
- Replacement needles (approx. 50 pieces) included.

Location & Collection:
The machines are located in Munich and will be ready for collection from mid-October.
A demonstration and briefing on operation can be provided at collection.

The indicated price is for the complete set (all 3 machines + yarn stands). Individual sales are possible – price upon request.

The machines are in excellent condition – only used for about one year (approx. 15 hours per week) and are immediately ready for operation.
