Forstner manuelles Coil Abwickelsystem - 2000kg

Our modular Forstner decoiling system with decoiling towers and coil holding racks offers a space-saving solution for various coil sheet decoiling requirements. The system can be individually equipped with up to eight decoilers, each with a 2,000 kg capacity. Additionally, a separate uncoiling device for smaller coils up to 1,000 kg can be integrated. This allows for quick and flexible changing of different colors. The coil holding rack is a highly cost-effective solution for performing fast and easy manual sheet metal changes. Up to eight coils are securely clamped in the rack. The desired sheet metal is manually fed into the subsequent machine via a handwheel.

Decoiling unit for 2,000 kg, braked, single-sided support, manually tensioned, available for either bottom or top loading.

The coil is loaded directly onto the cantilevered mandrel using a crane, forklift, or pallet truck. The expanding mandrel is operated manually.

Floor-based uncoiling device for 1,000 kg, braked, double-sided support, pivoting, bottom-loaded.
